At Layer Cake Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your baking supplies and kitchen decor. If an item doesn't meet your expectations, you can return unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unused items back into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided in the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
